Small steps
As a coach, I have observed that many students struggle with taking small steps in various directions, including forward, backward, and lateral movements. Do you have any accessories that could help raise their awareness of this issue? I am considering using elastic bands, possibly it also fatigue the side glutes, what I do not want, although I am concerned they might be too advanced for that purpose. I am searching for tools or methods to introduce a disruptive element to address the issue of taking excessively large steps..
